Manohra and Manohra Moon, 50-year-old rice barges that were completely re-built and restored for dining and cocktail cruising. The first was launched in the summer 1992, for lunch or dining cruises and due to demand the second Manohra Moon was launched in early 2000.

The Manohra Cruises offer a variety of Sunset and Dinner Cruises, with seating of 40 guests and are also available for private charters.

Manohra Cruises cater dinner and cocktail cruises on the Chao Phraya river, taking in vistas of famous Wat Arun, the Royal Grand Palace and the Boathouse of the Royal Barges. The boats depart from the Manohra Cruises pier, located on the river frontage of the Bangkok Anantara River Resort & Spa. Pick up at the Oriental Public Pier and the Taksin Public Pier can be made for alternate pick-up and drop off points.

Whether it’s a party of four or seventy, the Manohra Cruises offers you an opportunity to experience the charm of Bangkok’s floating markets, temples, river-front homes and traditional river life, while sampling the refreshing cocktails in luxurious comfort.

Itinerary

19:30 hrs
Depart from Manohra Cruises Pier at the Bangkok Anantara River Resort & Spa and travel up North on the Chao Phraya – The River of Kings.

19:45 hrs
Pick up as request from the Taksin Public Pier, the Oriental Public Pier or the Peninsula Hotel Pier (hotel guests).

20:00 hrs
Dinner on deck of Thai cuisine.

21:15 hrs
Drop off as requested at the Oriental Public Pier, the Peninsula Hotel Pier or the Taksin Public Pier.

21:30 hrs
Arrive at Manohra Cruises Pier.

Inclusions:

• Traditional Thai set menu onboard of Manohra Cruise [Food only]
• Pick up can be arranged from either the Manohra pier (Bangkok Anantara River Resort & Spa) or the Sathorn Bridge pier only
• VAT 7% and all Government taxes (no service charge)

Exclusions:

• Soft drinks or other refreshments during dinner
• Transfer from-to Hotel.
  • Roundtrip transfer by private car = THB 1,400 / car
  • Roundtrip transfer by private van = THB 1,800 / van

Child Policy:

• For children under 3 years old will be Free of charge.
• For children 3-12 years old we charge 50% of the adult’s price.
• For children over 12 years old we charge normal price.

Remark:

• Above rates not applicable for festive days; Loy Kratong, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year Eve and Valentine Day.
